Introduction
This is an online shop devoted to musical instruments and the like.
Good Points
The site has a great range of products and also they have a very quick response to any email queries you have.
Bad Points
I ordered an amp through www.gak.co.uk and was happy with the price i was getting. However it was the most hassle i have ever had to go through just to buy an item. First of all i had payed for the item and awaited delivery, what they had not told me was that they accidently removed my order and would not process it again untill i re-placed the order. This delayed me a week. Then after a few emails of complaint they said they would send it but they had to take the money out of my account again. So by this point i was down double the price and had no item. Then when i received it about 14 days after i first ordered it, they forgot to pack a part so i had to send yet another email of complaint. Then they sent the missing part and a compensatory goodie bag which i had pestered them for. I think i deserved it! So i finally had my amp which i am very happy with but it was 4 days after that, that they refunded my money for the first failed order.
The Verdict
I'm sure i was just unlucky but if i needed this amp for a gig and had limited time i would have been screwed.
Bottom line, dont use them!
